When you walk in your not greeted nor asked how can I help you today. Rochelle was extremely irritated by me mistakenly attempting to use packing tape. I already had my label placed, she stated how theres a one courtesy use of tape and how people should come in prepared and taped the box where it didn't need it. I politely said the box is still open she then angrily told me there's tape for purchase on the wall.This was my first time in this location and left wondering if my package would be ok? And very disappointed in the service. Not sure if she was having a bad day but not cool.

The WORST customer service turned into a scam. The indian guy Shaad and the woman Rochelle blatantly stole my money and treated me like garbage when I simply asked for a solution because they literally took my money in advance (quite shady) and then blamed me when their printer/computer failed to print properly. Rochelle is likely the nastiest human I’ve ever encountered. She kept chiming into my conversation with Shaad just saying gross and uncalled for things like “pfff don’t even engage” even though she couldn’t even bother to reply to my friendly greeting when I entered the store. As I entered, I nicely told Shaad I needed to print something. He told me I had to use their rental computer (about $3 for like 3min, which is already ridiculous). I said I needed thick cardstock paper and being quite lazy he tried to push me to print on normal paper. He finally walked the extra 2 steps (literally) to reach the cardstock, I touched it and said yes. He said to go to the computer. I asked if it was possible to just send the image to their email. He said theyre “not allowed”. I had to put my credit card in the computer, opened the file and then trying to print asked him the name of the printer since there’s like 7 in the list. Rochelle chimed in with “just hit Control P” (which I had already done and wasn’t the question). Shaad then took his sweet time to select the printer after explaining the difference between BW and COLOR (obviously just to get me to pay for more time since it’s a stupid explanation that wasn’t even related to “which printer should I select?”) as my time was running out. I click ok where he told me and then the printer did an absurd screenshot of the ENTIRE computer screen! I told him to quickly fix it before my time ran out and he just stood there delaying and finally said he can’t. I then asked for my money back or the correct print job and both of them turned extremely nasty. Rochelle with disgusting comments and attitude constantly interrupting Shaad and Shaad with some gross macho complex even raising his voice at me so much that I had to tell him to not yell at me several times (I never yelled or anything like that). He also trued to lie saying nobody told me to use the computer (the shamelessness!) like I randomly enter businesses and sit and use their computers. He had no choice but to admit the truth when I asked “then how come you put cardstock paper in the printer that I cannot reach before my file was printed??? And how did the right printer (which YOU selected on the computer) print???”. Rochelle even started threatening me like apparently that store is some sort of slum she rules and not an actual business. I had to leave due to other commitments and now have to involve the authorities for fraud because, according to these projects of human beings, “there’s nothing they can do”. You’re not stealing my money or scamming other innocents. That’s for sure. Absolute shame on UPS… Oh and I have everything in video. Including them confirming that I indeed followed every instruction they gave me, the threats, yelling from them, etc.

I had a somewhat disorganized, multi-package Amazon return for which I went to this UPS Store. Rochelle and Alyssa both went the extra mile to get it straight, for which I am most appreciative! This is my “go to” UPS store and I have always had great experiences there, particularly with Rochelle, with whom I have dealt on several occasions!!!

My mom took a huge package in that she was to return. She gave the woman TWO shipping labels but the lady gave my mom one back and said she only needed one. Well the next day UPS showed up to deliver the SAME package. The lady did not put the shipping label on it that my mother gave her and when we called to tell her and ask her about it the SAME lady hung up on us! I would stay away from this location.

I've been having an issue with this company since June. They lost my scooter, and it's been in transit since June, now August. It's okay to have high standards, but when the employee Kevin was laughing at me...That's it, I was in tears and this man was laughing at me when I asked for manager Pam...They were rude to me in the beginning, and didn't listen to me...I would never, ever laugh at a customer or degrade them. Bad customer service, never again...The laughter made me realize, I'm a number, NOT a person...gggrrrrr...
